What are the shipping times and costs?
Standard shipping within the US typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. International orders may take 10–14 business days depending on customs.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also log into your account to view the status. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, contact us at support@owala.com.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping rates and times vary by destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged bottles in original packaging. You can start a return through your account or by emailing us. We'll provide a prepaid return label.
How do I return a bottle?
Email support@owala.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return label. Pack the bottle securely and drop it off at the carrier. Refunds are processed once we receive the item.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. During busy periods, it may take a bit longer.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Contact us immediately at support@owala.com with your order number. Once shipped, we cannot make changes.
Product Information
What sizes and materials are available?
Our bottles come in 24 oz, 32 oz, and 40 oz sizes. Most are made from 18/8 stainless steel, double-wall vacuum insulated, with BPA-free lids. The FreeSip spout is pure silicone.
How do I clean my Owala bottle?
Hand wash the lid and bottle with warm, soapy water. The bottle is top-rack dishwasher safe, but the lid should be hand washed to preserve the seal. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

How do I create or access my account?
Visit the Owala website and click "Sign In" at the top right. You can create a new account with your email and a password. Your account stores order history and favorites.
