1. Processing Time

Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days after payment clears. Weekend and holiday orders start processing on the next business day. During big sales or peak moments, processing might take an extra 1–2 business days. You’ll get an email with tracking info once it’s out the door. All our shipping is carbon-neutral, too—so your bottle does good while it travels.

2. Order Tracking

Once shipped, we send a tracking number via email. Log into your account at owala.com to check status anytime. If tracking doesn’t show up within 3 business days of confirmation, hit us up at support@owala.com. We want you to sip with peace of mind.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Pick your pace with these options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days. Perfect for planning ahead. Free for orders over $50.
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days. A bit extra, calculated at checkout, but worth the rush.
  • International Shipping: 10–21 business days. Customs can slow things down—patience required.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers, weather, or other real-life stuff might change things.

4. Shipping Costs

Cost shows up at checkout based on order weight, size, your address, and delivery speed. We often run free-shipping deals—always check our site. International orders? Recipient pays customs, duties, and fees. No surprises; we’re straight up about it.

5. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Remember, you handle all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. Those aren’t in our prices or shipping costs. Customs delays are out of our hands—check your country’s rules before ordering.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Some products can’t ship everywhere due to local laws. We may cancel orders that can’t legally get to your address. Express shipping doesn’t go to P.O. boxes. We’re here to keep it simple and sustainable.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package goes missing or arrives damaged, email support@owala.com within 7 days of the expected delivery. We’ll team up with the carrier to investigate and, if warranted, send a replacement or refund. Keep the packaging and snap photos of any damage for the claims process.

8. Address Accuracy

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If it’s wrong because of a typo—we aren’t responsible for where it ends up. Returns back to us from a bad address mean you pay to reship. Let’s get it right the first time.
